Apple has released iOS 4.3.1 for iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. This release is a bug fix release so there aren't a lot of differences from version 4.3. iOS 4.3.1 does not work on the Verizon iPhone so Verizon users will have to wait a bit. Also, if you've jailbroken your iPhone you'll want to wait until a new jailbreak is released for iOS 4.3.1.
To get the update simply connect your device to iTunes and hit "Check for Updates."
